For years, Carol Adamski has been a professional and life coach, trainer, and retreat leader both nationally and internationally. She works primarily with women on enhancing presence, authentic and effective communication, internal strength and peace, resilience, leadership skills, honoring the wisdom within, and living in the joy of gratitude.

At an early age, Carol found a natural home in “gratitude” and it has become a way of living from the heart. In 2012, in order to reach more people, she developed a website called Gratitude Habitat now with a prominent presence on Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest.
