Stretch deeply and connect to your body when you wake up in the morning, and think of three wonderful things to say to yourself every morning that aligns you to what you care to accomplish this day. At night, think of three things that you want to accomplish tomorrow. Be sure to schedule rest and relaxation into your day, and sleep in a dark, electro-sanitized room for deep, restorative rest.

Restore your stress resiliency and calm your nervous system by practicing radical self-care. Regeneration is about self-preservation, and knowing how to use emotional tools to de-stress and to calm your nervous system.  By adopting a resilient, regenerative, non-reactive mindset with such tools as meditation, adopting resilience to life, and being open to new and healthy opportunities, you can get through just about anything.

Revive intimacy with yourself, your partner and your community.  Sex can happen daily, but sex doesn’t have to look like intercourse. Light passionate touch can fill up a love tank and heal old relationship wounds. Intimacy with your community is as simple as engaging with your neighbor, local barista or letter carrier.  Since we are designed to connect, healthy engagement with others is a critical component to living a full life.
